NL stacked inductors are micro inductors sintered using multi-layer printing technology and stacked advanced manufacturing technology.
NL stacked inductors are an upgraded version of wound inductors in terms of volume requirements.
NL stacked inductors are smaller in volume than wound inductors and have better heat dissipation.
NL stacked inductors consist of three parts: core part, coil part, and shell part.
Stacked inductors are also non-wound inductors. Stacked inductors are one of the types of inductors classified according to different structures.

Characteristics of stacked inductors:

1. Small size.

2. Closed circuit, no mutual interference, suitable for high-density installation.

3. Non-directional, standardized automatic patch installation shape.

4. Excellent solderability and solder resistance, suitable for flow soldering and reflow soldering.

Application of multilayer inductors:
Currently, this product is widely used in notebook computers, digital TVs, digital video recorders, list machines, hard disk drives, personal computers and other general consumer and computer products for noise elimination of input and output lines.
Multilayer inductors: have good magnetic shielding, high sintering density, good mechanical strength, compared with winding inductors: small size, conducive to miniaturization of circuits, closed magnetic circuit, will not interfere with surrounding components, will not be interfered by surrounding components, and is conducive to high-density installation of components; multilayer integrated structure, high reliability, good heat resistance, good solderability, regular shape, suitable for automated surface mounting production. The disadvantages are low pass rate, high cost, small inductance, and small Q value.
